Astrology shows us who we are at our core, and there is no better tool than astrology to attune us to the ask of time. By developing a deeper understanding of our birth charts, we begin to recognize patterns as they unfold in real time.

Our work together is in observing how the outer revolutions mirror inner ones, and put language to the process. This awareness reveals how planetary movements and cycles shape our psychological and emotional landscape. In turn, we become better prepared to engage with life more consciously, meeting each phase with intention and a greater sense of participation in life.

Astro-Coaching Process

Goal Setting

Grounded by astrology, we will work together to craft your powerful intention statement for our time working together. This intention will guide each session, honing in on the focus and transformative outcomes of the work.

Meetings

We will meet at whatever cadence, either monthly or quarterly, best supports you and your goals, deepening your relationship to your unique astrological birth chart along the way. We will explore the impacts of retrograde cycles, monthly lunations and personalized transits.

Integration

Integration is essential, and this container will give you ample time to process what’s emerging within and without through journal reflections and embodied awareness. To best support you, we will explore personalized practices aligned with your chart, and I am available for continued support between sessions.

  • This program is designed for growth-oriented individuals seeking deeper self-awareness and a stronger connection to their inner wisdom.

    It is for all levels - beginners, students and advanced astrological practitioners.

    The container is here to serve anyone navigating life transitions, challenging astro-weather (like a saturn return!), or an evolutionary push with deepened awareness.

  • We meet quarterly for 6 60 minute sessions

    • Astrology-guided goal setting meeting

    • 4 quarterly meetings (beginning anytime)

    • Final integration session

    $1,200

    Payment plans accepted. $200 per session.

  • Astrology can benefit anyone. You do not have to have to know anything about astrology or your birth chart to gain valuable insights from this program. You just need an open mind to learn, explore and be challenged to grow.

Meet your Coach

Amy Angelo is a professional astrologer in private practice, guiding clients through meaningful life transitions and deeper self-understanding. Trained in Hellenistic Astrology under Demetra George, Amy completed a rigorous three-year program in ancient techniques.

She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, specializing in Spirituality, Mind, and Body, which informs her holistic, psychologically grounded approach.

As a holder of transmutational space for reflection and renewal, her work is rooted in the cycles of time. Amy’s coaching sessions will guide you in working with your birth chart as a living seed that holds the essence of your soul’s conscious unfolding. Her intention is that working with her brings you clarity, curiosity and growth with her guidance inviting contemplation and creative space for insights to seed and grow.
